I have read the manual front to back a few times and tried every suggestion that I have found but it just doesn't get the job done. The heat doesn't come on and each load has to go thru multiple 1 hour cycles and never dries. damp is as good as it gets. No doubt I am going to have to call for service on a brand new machine. As a full time employee and mother I don't have time to sit at home and wait for a repairman or go to the laundromat. My previous 10 year old dryer worked much better.

But in the first delivery Bestbudy delivered a faulty product so they had to return it. In the 2nd visit the service people showed up with the dryer. In he 3rd visit, the service people finally were able to install it but left a lot of screws scattered around. I had to live 2 weeks without my dryer. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Bestbuy that requires installation service.

Got bad washer

I also bought the samsung refrigerator dishwasher stove and microwave all came in ding and dented. Samsung has not done a very good job.

The agitation and fill cycles are fairly quiet but the spin cycle (even at a 3 out of 5) is so loud I avoid running it. I really didn’t need another reason to defer doing laundry. Very very disappointed with this purchase.

Missing Serial Number

Clothes still smell after washing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never had a front load washer didnt use much water when washing called Samsung and set up appointment with tech he came out advised that was normal for front load washer and said everything was fine using mobile app. Today washed a pair of Jean's and 2 small child size blankets that my little grandson had peed on while sleeping after having washed the Jean's 2 times they still smelled like pee, will never buy front load again, dont believe the claim that they get clean with very little water. That was my concern and was confirmed after the pee smell from the Jean's. Bought the pair washer and dryer in Aug, they were delivered mid Sept have had a service person out once and now this. Yuck dont feel like my clothes will really be clean now.
