Machine fell off pedestal and wedged it self against the door handle blocking the door shut. Had to break in to the newly remodeled laundry room. New oak door is destroyed. And lost of damaged to sheetrock.

The link has 4 radio buttons (The dryer has no heat at all, the Dryer cycle ends too quickly, the Dryer cycle takes too long, Dryer is not hot enough). We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!
