    This would have been a 5 star but the tape and glue residue were not easily removed and the installer left it there for me to deal with. This caused a lot of work and some wear on the door. Best buy did make it right thanks to the driver taking a photo and making a case. I thank them for that! The product is functional and dries well. It is also easy to use.

    I love the aesthetic look of the washer and dryer, I had it installed this weekend by best buy, and the first time using my washer, it was leaking from the door. I did call Best Buy customer service and they were able to schedule an exchange of the washer this week.
