I moved in 2 months ago and the washer now stopped spinning. I am so very very upset because I got rid of the old old and ugly but perfectly working washer that came with this house for a brand handy new washer that stopped working after 2 months. I thought I was upgrading. I decided to go with Samsung thinking I was upgrading but very very disappointed. This thing is not worth your money. Yes, they are coming to repair it in a few days but because is still under warranty but what happens after the 2 years. I am stuck with a useless washer. Very very disappointed. I thought Samsung will be top notch and is not.

Gets the Job Done

This machine vibrates a lot, even with medium size loads. I enjoy the various adjustable options as well as the pre-set options. It gets the job done. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a quiet machine.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our washer. Samsung always intends to provide great products and satisfaction to our customers. And I apologize if this machine vibrates a lot. Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning. This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine. If you just got your front load washer but didn't remove the shipping bolts, then it will shake a lot. You'll also see some small vibration at the beginning of a cycle as its weight sensing.

We understand that your dryer is not working properly.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain cycles but will extend the length of the cycle,
potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. In addition to reducing the cleaning performance, overloading your washing machine or dryer can cause other problems. Thus, you'll need to add clothes and other items in the best way possible. I have no idea if this is a good washer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" to install even though they knew what was involved in the install. Each time they have to reschedule its at least 3-7 days. Better off buying somewhere else.
