    Dry sensing technology not up to par! It seems to not detect damp clothing, especially sweaters and sweat pants!

      Hi Philip! Often times, if the sensor cycles are not functioning properly, the sensors just need to be cleaned of lint. This link (https://bit.ly/37ngZXB) can walk you through how to do this, as well as other things that could be causing the dryer to not dry properly. ^Jecca Samsung

    Nice dryer. Switching direction of door presented some issues due to cheap hardware.

    I love this machine a lot. I just used it and it dried my clothes pretty good, but I want to say Kudos to the delivery guys. Those two guys went above and beyond to make sure e everything was perfect. Best Buy should hire more like them. Will definitely buy another appliance

    Very happy with purchase. I visited the Best Buy store on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas as they have a large selection of floor models and great pricing. Best Buy sales personnel are always helpful. I was able to purchase a washer and dryer that was affordable and met my criteria. Very happy

    We bought this washer end of Aug of 2020. It was a great price and worked fantastic until it didn't. 5 days ago it started making a clunking sound, my guess it's one of the drum/basket rollers failed. Let me point out I've used this washer FOR LESS THAN 2 YEARS. Well, not only is it out of warranty by 9 months but there are ZERO Samsung Technicians in "my area" even though there is one about 30 miles away. Then Samsung support told me to call an appliance repair shop about 1,000 miles away. Anyways I paid over $700 on a washer that I will most likely need to drop $300-$450 dollars into to get it to work again. If you're on the fence about this washer just do the math

    I love my new washer and dryer. I actually love doing laundry now. It does an excellent job of getting my clothes clean and smelling fresh. I don’t have to worry about missing the rinse cycle to put the softener in, it does it automatically. Did I say “I love it?”

    Not so happy with the washer, don’t know if it wasn’t installed correctly but it makes a noise when it’s washing and when it’s spinning the whole washing machine and the dryer shakes. Had to leave town and won’t be back in till July as soon as I get back will call to make an appointment so they can fix it. Thanks

    looks great, not top of line, cloths do not dry all the way , have to run it twice, thats my only complaint

    This by far was the worst experience I’ve had. I went in knowing I was going to buy a dryer the same day and needed the item that day. The staff in Vernon hill were rude. No one came to help for 30 minutes, they also had an horrible attitude when trying to make sure someone would help me and my fiancé. I have had wonderful experiences in Gurnee. I was extremely shocked. The sales man gave rude remarks and did not seem to care that we were mistreated. We ended up buying because of a need and picking up from the warehouse. No one gave us directions. We just figured it out. Hours later we had a dryer but it was unfortunate how we were treated.

    I got this washer in October 2021 and started making noises on December 2021. Samsungs service department is AWFUL is made to discourage you from submitting a claim. After initial assessment for repair, it was switched to exchange and now Samsung won’t do exchange with e receipt. I’ve been on the phone with Samsung for at least 5 different occasions and each for at least 45 minutes. If you buy it I hope you dont have to go through the same ordeal

    Avoid this machine

    Terrible. This washer's bearings went bad after two years.... extremely loud noise in spin stage. Bearing problem verified by two repair people. The fix would have been very expensive so we bought a new one. Avoid Samsung! One repair person said Samsung washers last 2-4 years. We had normal wash loads for a small family.

    Worst Washer Ever!

    Used washer once and the Washer has been stuck on the rinse/spin cycle for 45min. I have unplugged the washer & turn off & on and still experience the same issue. It just adds water, swish swish for 1 min drains and does it all over again. The time stops moving and it doesn’t fully wash. Defective! Biggest headache! Waste of time and money

    Broke after 2 weeks, best buy doesn't seem to care, sears has terrible customer service and also doesn't care, we have not been able to dry our clothes for a month now. I will never buy another appliance from best buy ever again. These companies should be ashamed of themselves.

    I had this dryer and matching washer installed 6 weeks ago in stacked format. It stopped heating this week. Best Buy won't service and Samsung Service won't service while stacked, so I am expected to hire someone else to come unstack it (which won't fit in the space connected). So, basically we have to hire someone else to service with no benefit of warranty/
