    Not a great washer

    Love the delay option but not a fan of the washer itself. I felt my clothes didn't get wet enough or even washed. Had washer for just a little over a year and now I'm waiting on a new set (different brand) to come in and try. Fingers crossed.

    I haven’t had this dryer for three weeks and now it will not heat up. Service came out today and informed me that the motherboard and thermostat need to be replaced. How this even possible for a brand new dryer? I spent too much money for this to occur. Needless to say that I am highly disappointed and angry!

    Looks great and is easy and efficient to use. Fit well (but barely) through our slightly narrow doorways to the basement. Like now compact it is and the little space it takes up. We like the range of dryer settings.

    Samsung CS absolute worse. Best Buy not helping

    Noisy since pretty much day one. Got worse and worse. We got Samsung to come out and their tech said the bearings were bad and likely had been since shipment from factory. Have had a nightmare dealing with Samsung and Best Buy. Samsung are pushing it to Best Buy and Best Buy are penalising me because I got their extended warranty and say if I exchange it with them I will have to pay for a new warranty and for delivery, AGAIN!

    Really love the dryer and washer. Although I originally had them installed as a stacked unit. I now find that I want them not stacked due to the height and some water I found on the floor and possible unstability of flooring in my apartment

    I want to love but I only like it

    This dryer has lots of needs. For example, I had a long dryer vent. It wasn’t drying properly, switched it with a shorter dryer vent using a kit I bought and I worked better. Unfortunately, it still doesn’t dryer everything perfectly, some pieces feel damp. I read up on it on the Samsung Website and they tell you to separate out the clothes. Doing a second cycle doesn’t work either since the sensor in the dryer detects that the clothes are dry and automatically turns off the dryer. It’s too bad my 12 year old LG dryer broke and no one wanted to come a fix a stackable unit.

    Great Dryer, dries quick, has music alarm when done, multi settings including eco friendly settings and sanitizer. Definitely recommend. Best buy customer service was great, fast delivery and set up!

    TERRIBLY ANNOYING DRYER! It sings an annoying jingle to let you know it's done and will keep repeating itself until you acknowledge it. (Apple watch thanks this dryer for you're getting your "time to stand" quota in if you're doing loads of drying. Also, it won't dry bedding or certain materials well. The sensor thinks it's "dry enough," when it's not, and it cuts off automatically. Even when you recycle the dry cycle to start over, it will sense it's "dry enough," and turn off -- it's just really hard to get certain materials dry, full loads, essentially. I hate this dryer. The matching washer is amazing, however. I currently have an OLD dryer...looks like definitely 15 years old - all manual, nothing digital, I can dry a full load in 20 minutes!

    Have had this washer for a month now and I love it. I especially like that it has a quick cycle, so that I can wash in less time when I’m in a tube crunch. Clothes come out clean and almost dry.

    It takes too long to dry clothes even small loads and even when I pull them out right away they are still wrinkled.

    Think twice about shopping at the bestbuy outlet

    The appliance itself works great but the process of getting it to my house from the outlet was terrible. There was no sense of urgency even after the first unit they sent malfunctioned the first use. Will be shopping elsewhere for my next appliance need

    Dryer died within 2 months

    I invested in this Samsung washer & dryer set and within two months the dryer stopped working; it just clicked when you’d press the start button. What a headache it was just to get a Samsung tech. out and I had to unstack the set for the tech. The tech took it apart, put it back together and it worked. He had no idea what the problem was but, only said it could’ve been a loose wire. I’ve lost confidence in Samsung and can only keep my fingers crossed that I didn’t get a lemon. But besides the dryer dying I will admit that I actually do love the set!
