Great washer if you only plan to use it for a year

By the time I was able to get through to Samsung customer support, the manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost of repair was the same as buying a new one. I'm done with Samsung.

Dryer came defective

I could of had a service team come out and look at it, but I opted to get a different dryer completely to avoid any future issues on a brand new dryer after my warranty expires. Use that information for what its worth.

Good dryer for not going too crazy on the price

Poor Service

But it should've take almost 2 hours to wash a load of clothes. Also it doesn't matter what temperature setting I use water is very hot. Only had the washer a little over a month & best buy says its not their problem call Samsung. We will see what options they offer but I definitely wouldn't buy again.

Set it up after delivery person left and noticed a grinding noise coming from the blower fan. Waited two weeks to get the first one and had to wait two more weeks for the second one. This time I thought they should set it up to make sure it worked but the had to charge me an extra $60 for parts I already had, electrical and vent. Geek Squad wouldn’t right off anything $50 delivery fee or extra $ to make sure it worked before leaving us without a dryer for another two weeks.

Finally got it installed today by professional installer (not Best Buy) and the dryer does not heat up (seeing other reviews, it appears I'm not alone with this problem). Called Samsung only to be advised they don't have service in my area, but someone will be contacting me in the next couple of days! This is incredibly frustrating. We have many Samsung products, but I don't think we'll be buy any more and certainly not from Best Buy
