I paid for installation and after one month it stopped working. I had my prior dryer forca decade with no issues. I have been trying to get it fixed and I keep getting the run around. They shouldn't even fix it, they should be sending me a brand new one. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. I definitely do not recommend it.

We are sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Stackable Gas Dryer, as the vent kit didn't come with the product, and there's no other option to dry your clothes. This is not the experience we want you to have. I verified that the Gas Dryer doesn't include the vent kit. If you purchased the vent kit separately when you ordered the unit, you could reach out to our Best Buy retailer Customer Service department at (888) 237-8289. Call 24 hours a day for the missing ordered part.
Kindly visit the user's manual on Page 21 regarding "What's Included" in the product package and on Page 39 for the Simple steps to start your Dryer:

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please link below.

Dryer sucks!

Drys fast and is quiet
