Can’t change heat temperature when on “normal” setting which seems weird , have to go to time dry in order to adjust heat temperature.

I see you are having concerns with your new Samsung Washer. The issue you have with the unit is normal. Only certain setting are allowed under each sensor settings. You can adjust anything with the time dry option because it is a manual dry option. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

It is terrible. The settings are stupid, the auto dry does NOT DRY your clothes and the timed dry has this "eco-dry" on it that makes it so the dryer doesn't even get hot. The "stackable" unit does not stack and we had to build a shelf to put it on as it worked horrible on top of the washer. Don't waste your money!

And why doesn't Samsung AND Best Buy inform the buyer that a kit is needed if using propane? The part costs about ten bucks! Shame on Samsung. In addition, most propane lines are 1 inch but this dryer requires a 3/4 inch valve. I ended up paying more than $500 to have the dryer hooked up, as it required two trips and lots of running around to find a conversion kit.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the issue you're getting with your Stackable Gas Dryer, as it costs you to get your dryer hookup. This is not the experience that we want you to have. Gas dryers are equipped with a burner vent for use with natural gas. If you plan to use your dryer with LP (liquid propane) gas, it must be converted for safe and proper performance by a qualified service technician. (LNG models only). You must check the burner of your model and use the appropriate LP Kit accordingly. To check the detailed information on the burner, open the door and check the rating label located on the door frame. The Gas Dryer has the LPKIT-4/XAA conversion from natural gas to liquid propane.

Terrible service and delivery

Told my husband to go get correct parts and they would return. We had already paid for parts. They didn’t return and we paid twice for parts. After a week of waiting and not being able to contact correct people we paid another company to hook it up
