I today is 9/15/23 I still do not have a replacement I have to go with out ! I won’t be getting new ones till the 20th !

Right at one year, though, it broke beyond repair. We thought that a brand new appliance would work longer than a year, so we didn't have any extended coverage. Thanks for the pain and waste of money, Samsung and BestBuy.

It barely uses any water. You have a huge tub but because of the amount of water it uses , you can only do small loads. Not happy with it at all. Too many options

Right after I had proof my warranty exp 9/2021 it breaks down. The washer machine fills with wrong temp of water. Only uses hot even in "DARK COLORS" setting which is fading clothes. Plumber stated it is a machine problem not a plumbing issue. Otherwise machine is ok
