    Machine works fine but sometimes gives little sound and then again goes away. I have checked my surface but still I hear sound 3/5 times. Also my bad experience is with bestbuy online orders to all the way it’s installed at my place.

    Don’t buy here my dryer came and didn’t work at all so I tried to get a new one but because the return policy only 14 days the refuse so now an working try the Samsung company

    Extremely noisy spin cycle on all speeds. Sounds like a jet taking off. If laundry room door is open, you cannot have a conversation in the rest of the house. Best buy Delivered and set it up. Because it is under warranty, I have to go through Samsung

    Had to get it replaced after two uses just stopped working and now the dryer same brand is not working

    Look up trash in the dictionary you will see this washers picture. Bought in December didn’t make it to see April showers. Brand new might I add.I was better washing the clothes by hand !

    Do not purchase this, does not dry clothes all the way, have too dry them twice, comforters if you are lucky, five times, dryer is horrible.

    There’s NO SUDS!

    I’m so frustrated and disappointed with my Samsung (WF45T6000AP) I do maybe 2-3 loads a week; I’ve had it 6.5 months and it’s broken down twice already! First time it sporadically stopped working and just clicked when I pressed start. Tech said it was a loose sensor! Today the error code SUD appeared but, the tub is clear of suds, I poured water down the drain as suggested and the error code still wont clear! Looks like it may be another faulty sensor from what I’ve read online.

    After 4 months of normal use by 2 people, it broke. Violent shaking and water pouring out the bottom. Best Buy didn't cover it at all, and told me to call Samsung. Samsung service 866-371-9501 disconnected on me once, but I got through the 2nd time. After running some diagnostics with the service rep and verifying the problem, I was able to schedule an in home service repair for next week. It is still under the 1 year warranty, so it should be a free repair. From the symptoms, it is likely the discharge pump broke, in addition to holes that allow the water to pour right out.

    Terrible Purchase - This Washer Leaked and caused damage to my floors and walls. Had to fight with store manager to pick it up and return it. Very disgruntled in the way the store manager handled this with us!!!

    Dryer still does not work , Samsung has been out to repair and still not working. Almost a month now since picked up from your warehouse. Called geek squad and no return available. Unbelievable that we have had nothing but run around over this dryer. Will not purchase another in the future

    Dryer stopped working on certain cycles, then altogether. Continuous "DC' error code. Samsung suggested only using on timed setting. I was understandably unhappy with that advice. Best Buy is replacing with another brand.

    Delivered a defective washer

    Got washer deliver 10/26. Was able to use it this week (after completing renovations). During spin cycle of any option the washer shakes so hard it not only move from its location, but it unplugs from the wall. Cannot return/exchange because it is past the 15 date of purchase.
