    Had this dryer one yr as of March 2023. And it slowly stopped heating up. Now I have to pay for repair. I should’ve just got a whirlpool

    Bought this on June 5th 2021 and it not longer heats up. Complete trash to only last less than 2 years.

      Getting your dryer to dry your clothes shouldn't be complicated. If you're having trouble with it, you'll want to check how you're loading the dryer, what settings you're using, and whether you're keeping it (and the exhaust vent) clean and free of lint.     ordered a matching washer and dryer for my sons new house. Dryer delivered damaged and told it will take 7 weeks to replace. Totally unacceptable

    This washer looks good but it is trash. When I wash clothes they still seem dirty after the wash is complete. I find myself washing one load twice. ( Also this same with a small load)

    Broke down under a year

    What a waste of money this machine broke down a little under a year of having it. It started making a weird noice like a helicopter thought it was going to explode. Geek squad came out to fix it but stated that they couldn't and directed me to Samsung. Samsung didn't even bother and zelle me a refund which i thought was weird paid out of pocket extra 400 for a new washer

    It doesn't even deserve that...after 15 months not only did the bearings go but they no longer make the replacement parts and now I need a whole new machine. Bestbuy you owe me $700...

    i returned this item to the warehouse when I picked up the electric version of this dryer. I didn't know my mom's old dryer was electric. I sure hope you guys have taken that charge off of my credit card.

If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent.
