We have a family of five, so the 4.5 size is great for my family. The control board just went out recently, so I’m not sure what to do about that right now, but besides that, it’s been great.

I have sheers on the windows for summer and it was great to wash them on a short cycle. They came out with few wrinkles. I am sorry that I never included the work order to have my washer place on my old stackable box. It happens to be too low to ground for me.

Only one complaint with these new machines! The doors are harder to open and close so I have to be more careful with them since I’m worried to break off any pieces. Not a huge deal but a downgrade from the earlier version of the machines!

I haven’t tried all the functions but 2 hours run time for heavy load seems a bit excessive.

Reader be aware negative reviews are not posted. Total negative experience from delivery to resolution of damaged dryer delivered to me. I made several attempts to best buy to have this resolved and basically no one has been able to resolve. Calling corporate was a waste of time. Extremely frustrated.
