    How disappointing is it to use the new washer you spent so much on just for it to it to not work and per it’s first use it physically jumps around your laundry room and shakes so hard you can feel it in the few rooms over, and guess what it’s back ordered now so if we were to get same ones it’ll take even longer to get here. the customer service is “closed” when i call this is so upsetting save yourself the money and time like i am on trying to get this all sorted out and do not buy it, A. from here and B. at all

    The 5 stars tricked me into a purchase. I was upgrading some ancient GE washer/dryers and this looked amazing. 2 years later the washer is leaking water from the front (gasket torn), and a few months after that we got drain pump problems. Estimate to fix $575!! Check Reddit for Samsung washer leaks and also google samsung error code SC. Lots of problems for lots of people. If you only need a washer/dryer for a year to sell a home, Samsung looks great... otherwise it's a waste of money. If you do go ahead and get one, get an extended warranty. I did, but it's taking days to get service.

    We purchased 4 appliances at the same time. The stove was damaged, the stacking kit for the washer/dryer wasn't sent and literally all that was done was plug in the refrigerator. They wouldn't run the water line and the icemaker didn't come. I had to go pick up the icemaker and pay a plumber to run the line, they came back 4 times before we got all 4 appliances installed

    Awful Customer Servce

    I wouldn't know how the dryer works. When I purchased, I paid for install. The associate said that best buy could install. On the way out to be delivered, the delivery guys said that company policy is that they do not install gas dryers. Don't blame the delivery guys blame best buy. Called and was told they were going to escalate it up to the manager then they hung up on me. When the delivery guys got here, they were sent the wrong size hose to connect the gas line. Now I am having to pay a plumber to come out and hook up my dryer. That ill happen in about 5 days. Do not buy a major appliance from best buy. They do not know what they are doing, and they give false information. When you call them on it, They say they will look into it, but will just hang up on you

    If I could tell you one thing it's DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. This washer started to get loud within about one year, second year clothes started seeming like they weren't clean. A few nights ago the drum detached and the washer almost tore my plug outlet out of the wall. My appliance repair guy who is very honest said the parts to Samsung washers are so expensive it's not worth it to fix it. I'm currently waiting on a GE washer to be delivered so they can haul this trash out of my house. I will never buy Samsung again, oh and don't fall for Best Buy Total tech. Unless you renew it every year for $200 they won't help you. Total scam.

      We recommend using the "Wrinkle Prevent" cycle, which provides approximately 180 minutes of intermittent tumbling in unheated air at the end of the drying cycle to help reduce wrinkles.

      If clothes are still wrinkled after the "Wrinkle Prevent" cycle, please refer to page 46 under "Items still wrinkled after Wrinkle Prevent (Wrinkle Away, Wrinkle Release)" for steps to help.

    Absolutely horrific experience. Bought this as an open box that was “good/satisfactory” and it didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t run water into the washer, tried a million ways to fix it but didn’t work at all. Makes me wonder if bestbuy even “tests” their open box products before putting them back out. So not only did my dad have to pick them up himself since delivery wasn’t an option. We now in the evening had to load them back up to return them to the store ourselves. So annoyed.

    Bought this in 2021 - my brother warned me about Samsung applicances but i did not heed his warning. The washers counterweight snapped off and the washing machine sounded like a jackhammer when it was in spin mode. Had someone come out to look at it they quoted me 851 dollars which is MORE than what i paid for it. If you get it get the extended warranty. I had to buy a new washer lol

    It has taken until 2/2/24 to get the washer installed. I spent excess money abtaining a plummer after 3 attempts to install the drain hose properly. If i had been told what needed to be done on the 1st installation. after calling Samsund and Bestbuy many times and paying a plummer to come out 3 times with final results. This is my last purchase from Best Buy.
