    Terrible washer. Leaks from door, after 5 repairs was designated a lemon and being replaced by Best Buy. Also the writing on the button panel smudges and wipes off. Don't waste your time and money on this 3rd world piece of junk.

    Do not bother.

    I bought washer/dryer set 12/17/21 and today 9/9/24 my washing machine sounds like its about to explode . The noise coming out of it is terrifying and so violent that it moved from where i have it forward towards my door and is now stuck there and i cant push it back from how heavy it is.

    Won’t dry clothes

    The sensor thinks the clothes are dry. D keeps tuening the dryer off, I check the clothes still damp. I switch to manual timed dry 50 minutes still damp. I switched to a small load.. the dryer is just not getting hot enough.. I love the matching washer just the dryer is driving me crazy

    Bearing wears out quickly.

    Lousy Customer Service. Unable to speak to Team Member on floor to ask question on a Dryer purchased. 2nd Purchase within a week. Next time will buy elsewhere where I can speak to someone on floor if needed. Product decent.

    AVOID THIS WASHER AVOID SAMSUNG

    Our appliance man told us a bolt broke off which has led to needing to replace the entire tub. All said and done the quote was $880, more than we paid for the washer. Samsung and Best Buy are no help and act like it’s your fault for not buying their extra warranties. Same thing happened on new Samsung fridge. Both repair guys have laughed and said Samsung looks great but are horrible quality. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

    Have owned this make and model for 4 years. Have had three service calls to repair and have now exceeded the purchase price. I am currently going to the laundromat to take care of the laundry because I cant afford to pay for the repair. Also, the Stoves break easily and the Ice Machines in the refrigerators seize up, stopping ice production. There is very little direction on the internet to repair by yourself repairs forcing you to pay for expensive house call repairs with Samsung Certified Technicians.

    We were very pleased to get our washer and dryer so promptly. The workers brought them up to the second floor with care and installed everything with ease. We’ve been so happy doing laundry like crazy in our new home.

    Dryer stopped working after 3 weeks of use contacted best buy corporate they informed me i could resturn it to store for a new one, store manager at the saratoga springs location was not helpful.

      I can understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a persistent low-water error. We are here to help.

      Proper water pressure is needed for this washing machine. The water pressure has to be between 20-116 psi. Anything lesser than 20 psi will cause an error.

    Less than a month owning this and the heat turns on but it doesn't spin. Samsung says it will be 3 days before a tech can get here, and if any parts need to be replaced, the repair service says we can expect 1-2 weeks for them to be delivered and installed. We have 7 kids and live in a wet and humid climate - no way to dry laundry. Buy any dryer other than this.

    Not worth it unless you buy new every year

    Disappointed. After a year it stopped drying. Close aren’t hot when pulled out. Did YouTube videos went to their site to help. Also changes the thermal part, cleaned sensor and made sure it was cleaned out. Still does not dry. If it does then it takes about 5 hours. Contacted Samsung like they suggest in other reviews and their response was to contact someone who does work on them. I’m done with Samsung. First a fridge that crapped after 2 years and a dryer now after one. Thanks but no thanks.

    This drier is perfect for people who have time to babysit it as it NEVER gets a load sry in 1 cycle. I havw never been so disappointed in an appliance. Did all the suggestions for trouble shooting and the bottom line, it just does not dry an entire load. Tried smaller loads and all the cycles but always end up with wet clothes.

    Dryer is horrible

    Never has it dried a single load in one cycle. It’s always been at least two. Now 3 1/2 years later we are at ALL DAY for one quarter of a load. I will never buy another Samsung dryer again.

    When you check the reviews it says 5 stars, because they’re also combining the washer reviews The dryer does not dry your clothes no matter what. Try ever setting possible, and you will still be running this dryer at least 3 times minimum for one load

    JUNK! started sounding like a drum choir after a year exactly after the warranty expired . never have i ever had a washer break ever . The repair man said it was the drum and not worth repair .

    Almost always shuts off before our clothes are dry (even on the "timed" setting) except when it doesn't - I've had the "sanitize" setting get stuck on for HOURS before we noticed which could easily burn a house down. The paint and finish is peeling. Just total trash for the price. Will not purchase Samsung for the replacement.

    horrible my mom buy this when COVID started and when she got the washing machine, everything worked perfectly fine but then a week ago that she stopped working We try a lot to fix it until this day I’m just saying, DONT BUY THIS PLEASE!!!!!!! and I cannot tell Best Buy to give me back my money cause that happened like when Covid started but nothing thank you for nothing.
