I’ve always been a fan of Samsung products and this is no different. This washer has a short cycle that lasts 20 minutes and is perfect for a quick wash. And it is HUGE on the inside.

At first I was skeptical to purchase this gas dryer because of the reviews about the dryer not drying. The dryer instantly gets hot & my clothes are dry before the cycle ends.

This washer is amazing! Very easy to use and love the stackable or side by side option. Washes great and the clothes do not get twisted as with the top load washers.

Perfect size for where i put it and has enough space to dry large blankets and heavy laundry runs like a dream

Has basic features for easy use, works well. Turned the noise off but still makes noise when pressing power, wish you could turn that off too but that is the only down side.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

I’m very satisfied with the quality. I just wish it had an app and WiFi connectivity.

The Stackable Washer, along with the matching dryer, made for more usable space in my laundry room. Plus, it does a great job and uses so little water to do it.

The washer works great and is pretty quiet. It also has a volume that is the perfect size for our family.
