It's a good washer. I really don't care much for the maintenance having to drain it all the time and sometimes it does have a funky humid smell. My next purchase will definitely be a top load.

Would not recommend this dryer. When we got our dryer delivered it would start but it would not get warm/hot at all. We called best buy and they sent a technician out to fix it. He said we would need a new dryer, which is what I wanted, so they came out and replaced our dryer with a new one of the same model. Then fast forward about 8 months and now the belt in it is broken so we have to get a new belt. Luckily these things have happened under the warranty period so I have not had to pay for any repairs, but overall I would definitely NOT recommend this dryer to anyone. Other that the issues I have had with it, it has been a good dryer to me but breaking twice in less that a year is absurd to me. The repair services have been easy to do and it has not been a hassle, but just do not care for this dryer personally.

I'm very happy with my purchase...it's quiet..you can look and see how much time is left and it automatically stops if clothes are dry...it also plays a little tune when is done :)

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

I’ve had it for a month so far and it’s still working grade. The spin cycle pretty much dries it by how much water it squeezes out. I’d definitely recommend it.

I am thoroughly enjoying this machine. The water quality and the way it cleans my clothes are beyond amazing. I am hoping I will get a dryer that pales in comparison. Great machine!

I have no complaints so far. The dryer barrel holds a lot and overall it's pretty nice. It dries the clothes which is what I paid for.

absolutely worthless if you actually want clean clothes...does not use sufficient amount of water,does not wash clothes in a solution of water..all it does is get clothes wet a tosses them around...i washed 1 set of clothes in washer on 2 different cycles,once on normal(1hr) and washed same clothes again on heavy cycle(2.5hrs)..pulled clothes out and washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..(pictures)...absolutely disgusting..i got the clothes cleaner in 20 min.in a tub than the washer did in 3.5 hrs..insane..do not buy...if you already have an H.E. washer,do the test yourself..from what i seen,i will not stay at a place(hotel or bnb) and use there sheets or towels if they used an H.E. washer...disgusting

This is one of the best dryer I have used. It has a low noise and the dryness strength is superlative. I highly recommend this ptoduct

For what we paid, works great. Determined the heat cycles are cooler than my old dryer. Pretty sure I'm really going to like this machine once I get used the the cycles. Definitely worth the money we paid!

This is a great washer so far. Its quite and smooth and doesnt shake. It spins the water out of clothes really well, also its looks really good.

This Samsung dryer works well with it's matching Samsung washer. The pedestals fit very well and are sturdy. They fit perfectly in my laundry room.
