If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes.

    This washer is less than 2 months old and is already making an extremely loud clicking noise during the spin cycle. It's not just annoying but literally so disruptive to us since we work from home that we can only do laundry when no one is planning to be on a zoom call. Can be heard on both floors of our house with the laundry room door shut.

    Door only opens 1 way couldn’t reverse even though Best Buy told us they had ordered a hinge to reverse the door

      Hi jasonl7245,

      Thank you for your review. We see your point of view with the idea that the door can be reversed. It does come in handy and the washer will have more places to be installed.

      The door is fixed to open from right to left, hinge is located on the left side of the washer. Unlike dryers where it is possible to reverse the doors, Samsung front load washers will only open from right to left and are permanently set to do that because of the rubber seals to keep water in.

    I'll never buy Samsung again

    I returned it and bought an LG. Best thing I ever did. I owned an LG washer and dryer in the past but bought this Samsung because it was cheaper. Fortunately, I was able to exchange in the time window and pay $100 more for the LG that I wanted. Why did I return it? Well, if you just lightly touch the on/off button you will turn it off midcycle. LG has an actually button you have to press. This button on this washer is more like a touch. Just grazing it will turn it off. I did not like the options as I could not customize as much as I can with an LG. This is not wifi enabled; LG is. The delivery guy balanced the washer correctly, but when it went through a cycle, the spin cycle shook so violently, that I thought the washer was going to go through the floor. I would not buy a Samsung washer again.

    I would not recommend to anyone. I read some not so favorable reviews on Samsung washers, thought I was give it a shot anyway, now I know. The machine banged no matter what type of load was in it (yes, it was level). I exchanged it for a different brand.

    Broke after 6 months.

    Bought the washer and dryer combo in November of 2021 washer is now broke in May 2022. Never was the washer overloaded. Been dealing with Samsung for 3 weeks trying to get the washer fixed. If stacked Samsung technicians will not work on them until theyre unstacked.
