As it’s under warranty Samsung said they replace it instead of repair. It’s been month now I am waiting for replacement. This sucks..

Haven't been able to use it

I got it 3 weeks late and they couldn't even get it inside because they would have needed to remove the door and I didn't buy installation. I am disgusted by their business.

Only trouble has been it required HE detergent, and does not break down detergent sheets well. Currently looking into non toxic detergent options, otherwise wonderful machine.
