So far so good i love my new dryer. This is the first time i bought any washer/dryer combo and its amazing

efficient, quiet operation. Installers were friendly, worked quickly and did a great job.

My last Samsung washing machine lasted almost 12 years so I thought going with Samsung for a replacement was a no-brainer. Sadly I was mistaken and will never purchase a Samsung product again. The machine cleans the clothing fine, but it shakes so violently during the spin cycle that anything on top of the machine falls off, and the spin cycle is extremely loud. Samsung has sent three technicians from two companies to investigate why the machine is doing this. Technician #1 said there was no error code, so therefore no problem, but he agreed my machine was shaking worse than he'd seen. Technician #2 wanted to replace the shock absorbers, but said I was out of warranty so it would cost nearly $500 (I'm not out of warranty, Samsung opened the repair ticket incorrectly). Technician #3 acknowledged that I was under warranty but saw no problem with my machine. Interesting that a problem is discovered when it's believed I'm paying out of pocket. Samsung's answer is "don't put anything on top of your washing machine." Needless to say, I hate this machine and Samsung's customer service is awful.

My old Maytag would shut off when the clothes were completely dry. this new Samsung shuts off before the clothes are completely dry.

Had it delivered, Hooked it up. And it's been working great ever since. Haven't had it a month yet.

I will say this it’s seems to get clothes washed. A few things I’m not liking this is a very loud washer machine everyone in the house knows when it is running. The second thing I’m not like at all is water that is left after the cycle on the glass door. You have to leave the door open so it can dry. I hate returning stuff but I’m going to have to because I’ve had the washer for 2 weeks and it already has a mildew smell.

Would not recommend this dryer. When we got our dryer delivered it would start but it would not get warm/hot at all. We called best buy and they sent a technician out to fix it. He said we would need a new dryer, which is what I wanted, so they came out and replaced our dryer with a new one of the same model. Then fast forward about 8 months and now the belt in it is broken so we have to get a new belt. Luckily these things have happened under the warranty period so I have not had to pay for any repairs, but overall I would definitely NOT recommend this dryer to anyone. Other that the issues I have had with it, it has been a good dryer to me but breaking twice in less that a year is absurd to me. The repair services have been easy to do and it has not been a hassle, but just do not care for this dryer personally.

We Love our New Samsung Washer!!! It does everything that it should do!!!
