Solid washer with exceptional performance and features! I love the many different wash options that include steam cleaning options as well! Bought the set and couldn't be happier with it!

I like the fact that thus dryer comes with a rack for drying things without the tumble. You can also stop or start it with your phone which is kind of neat. I'm still learning all it can do but love what I've learned so far! It can do large loads andbig comforters!

Using it stacked above the washer. A little difficult to see the controls, but I seem to use the same one all the time anyway. It captures a lot of lint. Have to clean the lint trap after each time used.

With teenagers in the house I use the extra door a couple times a week for dropped or forgotten items. I like the tap water cold setting and the feature that I can save my favorite settings and with a press of a button have my load run how I want.

I’m really enjoying my new dryer. In My old dryer when I took the clothes out, the clothes were extremely hot. This is not the case of my new Samsung dryer.

I haven't had any issues so far. I guess the only grievance is the sound it chimes when you leave the door open but I believe that can be turned off and it's there for a purpose so I can't really hold it against it.

This dryer is great. We previously used a Frigidaire front-loading dryer and it did not do as good of a job drying our clothes thoroughly. The aesthetics and usability of this dryer is also great. No problems so far after a couple months of use.

the techs were very thoughtful and made sure everything was good before they left. they were very quick and wasted no time installing the new washer and dryer and removing the old machines.

Got mine on the 4th of July deal package, and don't regret it! Got the Samsung deal, and saved over $1k and received $400 in gift cards! Bought with the washer as well and stacking kit. Was a great deal for all, both get the job done!

Dryer works very good stainless steel drum excellentI would recommend these washers and dryer's to anybody stacking I had to get my wife a little store to see the top of the dryer but she don't mind it great set of machines

Washer and dryer work great. I like that I can wash and dry clothes in under an hour. The steam and Allergen cycles are also great features I use weekly. I am very happy with my purchase.

We scored this beauty as an open box deal. SO worth it! We got the matching washing machine, too. I haven’t had it long enough to use all the settings, but we love it so far!

My Wile loves this dryer. She is so glad we purchased it. For the first time she has a smile on her face when she comes in the door from the garage.

There is able supposed to be a drying rack included that was missed during my delivery, but I think it's also a nice feature of this dryer if you'd like to wash and dry your tennis shoes.

It was purchased as an upgrade to our 10 YO dryer. The App feature is nice little addition that notifies you when your load cycle is complete.

I like my drier, no concerns. I just wished they hooked up my "steam" when they came out and not had to find out it was never hooked up to the water line... It was bad service, but love the drier.

Samsung has a great dryer. Steam works well. I just wish the matching washer didn't have so many issues.

I love it. I high recommend it and the Apple valley Best Buy staff is the best of any store. They should all be like them. Only thing I hate is not being able to call my local store direct.

This dryer has a steam setting to freshen up wrinkles. The permanent press setting dries my clothes in only 35 minutes. There's quite a variety of settings to cover all my laundry needs
