Have had many issues with the dryer including having to have it serviced up to 10-12 times. Had dryer serviced so much that they cancelled my protection plan 2 years before it was supposed to be up due to fact we "reached our protection maximum." Now we are fighting with Best Buy because after 3 calls for same issue it is supposed to be replaced. We received a supposed replacement confirmation from Geek Squad, but now they cannot find that in their system.
