Used the wrinkle away cycle for a dress 30 min before going out. Guess what? The dress came out wet after 20 min being on the dryer :(. There are many options for less price than this one.

ITS HARD TO SET UP. NEED WATER IN ORDER TO MAKE SOME FUNCTIONS. THE FILTER HURT MY HANDS BECAUSE THE DUST ITS HARD TO REACH ( HARD PLASTIC WITH SHARP EDGES). I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT THE OVER ALL PERFORMANCE

It would not dry on any cycle so I had to return it. I wasn't happy about that because it took 1 week to get a replacement. This surprised me because when I purchased them I received them 2 days later. The company really needs to work on that issue, not happy at all about it. Since I received the replacement it seems to be working as expected and hopefully it continues otherwise I will be requesting a refund.

Poor design for stacking.

It’s has false feature design

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can never laundering any kind of bedding sheets ( I was washing twin / kinds size) with this dryer, everything wraps up together like a big bedding sheets ball, outside is dry but everything else inside is wet, I have to separate it and dry it individually … awful … This is a replacement of a Samsung dryer and I never had this issue in past 10 years, I figured out the problem is the raised plastic bars inside of the tumble dryer, it case the sheets keep wrapping up, I didn’t noticed it since I purchased it on Best Buy website , l will definitely be careful next time.

Broken upon delivery

I can't review the actual product at this time because it does not work. Very disappointed with best buy service. Told to keep broken dryer, call back after 24 hours to request a replacement dryer, waited on hold for 1 1/2 hours for a future delivery over two weeks away and the day before new delivery date received call that delivery would be delayed an additional two weeks. Now if it actual comes it will be nearly two months before actually receiving a working dryer. Customer service has been horrible.

Each load has to be redone at least three times to get the clothes, towels, or sheets dry. Everything comes out horribly wrinkled!!! We have tried several of their settings and none of them work. I finally turned off the “Eco Dry”, used the “Time Dry” and “High Temp”. My clothes are dry. So I purchase a $1,000 (after delivery, installation and removal costs) dryer that works just like a $250 dryer.

Or it over dries and I end up with shrunken shirts. Can't utilize the Wifi without the adapter, and can't even do anything with the app feature despite watch the time because its a gas dryer.

Doesn't allow the settings I want

Many option buttons but most are disabled with any of the "sensing" cycles. example: on Perm Press I can't select cool temperature. Same problem on other presets. Had the machine about a month. Getting rid of it. Tomorrow we are getting a different brand.

Steam function does not work well, puts way too much water in and then have to dry more... duh, does not make sense! Also, cycles are not logically layed out for normal use.
