I’m very sad to report that my gas dryer has a dent in the right side. Since the day they delivered it. The people that delivered they were the ones that unpacked them and My wife didn’t notice until I got home.

The dryer is not working well. Specially very dry function is not working well. Best buy installers service was too bad. Please smile and prepare shoe covers .

I bought washer and dryer of the same set. Washer works great but dryer does not work properly. Cloths remain wet after drying.

Dries well. Large capacity. Blankets and covers tend to tumble into a ball and you have to stop to undo the ball, but otherwise great.

Not all the functions work It is big doesn’t come with the smart drive you have to purchase it separately

First of all I don't get how Samsung can be brave enough to deceive its customer by selling this product as to be smart as in a reality it is not unless one will buy optional smart adapter??? Second of all even if one will buy that smart adapter there is no guarantee he/she will be able to connect it to internet as it is not supporting new routers (5G wi-fi).All in All customer will over pay twice for the features he/she will not be able to utilize.

Great washer, never had any issue with it and cleans very well.

After owning for 13 1/2 months the idler pulley was toast and needed to be replaced - service fee plus part replacement was $240. After spending so much money dryer you would expect it to not need any repairs for quite a while OR that the warranty would last longer than 1 YEAR! The dyer itself works ok - we've noticed when running a "normal" cycle that towels don't tend to get dry all the way and have to restart it. I also agree with other comments on the "wrinkle away" setting that instead of taking wrinkles out it just soaks the garments completely. I love Samsung products, but was dissatisfied with this dryer.

The Wrinkle Away feature leaves clothes soaking wet. Samsung tells you that you must put three items in (no more, no less) for it to work properly as it uses 8 oz. of water. Even when I did this, the clothing still comes out wet, not wrinkle free. I'm sorry, but nobody said a word about this when I was buying it. It's a bad design that Samsung won't own and rather than fix it, will attempt to educate you on how to "use it properly" which is nothing more than a dodge. Look online, you'll find many people experiencing the same frustration with this feature as well as the moisture sensors in general. Will never buy another Samsung product based on bad design and bad customer service.

Was all it lasted before needing major repairs. The heater went out and now its almost $400 to fix. We bought it at Best Buy in May of 2018. Sorry would never buy Samsung appliances again. Spent WAY too much money for a dryer to last only 2 years. Don't say you weren't warned. Wonder how long the people who wrote great reviews had owned their machine at the time they wrote them? We loved ours too... for two years. Now? Not so much.

Defective from Manufacturer. Please check on-line for the MULTITUDES of videos and posts about a stuck relay causing you to have to replace the whole control board ($150+ part). The fact that Samsung has THIS poor of quality control is shameful! This problem is unique, it's universal. Bad! No more Samsung appliances for me.

Please dont buy. Starts out smooth and later on...less than a year later...the product is horrendous Loud and has faulty parts. The signals indicate a venting issue. Service rep said i had to clean my vents at home. I had professional come out to do so and i have the same issues.

Our new dryer was installed 5 days ago. We've been smelling gas and called PG&E today. They came out and red tagged the dryer, saying it has an internal gas leak and cannot be used. Best Buy scheduled a replacement to be installed in a couple of days. Hoping it goes better this time. Loved the dryer until this happened!

I filled my home with new Samsung appliances since they seemed like a good brand. They all look nice, but are terrible quality and do a very poor job. Stay away from Samsung and all of their products. The minimum number of stars is 1, but this product deserves 0. They also neglected to send me my rebate.
