This dryer as people have reported makes it difficult to dry at low temperatures without them coming out damp. Really disappointed with this dryer and the difficulty we have drying clothes customized to our liking. First dryer that we had this issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our dryer. Samsung intends to always provide convenience and satisfaction to our customers. I apologize if it runs but doesn't get hot. If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes.

Date made on washing machine was 6/2020; the gas dryer delivered Tuesday had a date made of 2/2018. Did you rip me off?

Just know there were 4 delivery attempts, two deliveries, countless phone calls, store visits, messed up points/financing for over a month before this set came and things were sorted. So the high rating is for the product only. The anti-static function isn't that great. Clothes have wet spots when that function is used and some still end up having static. We just use dryer balls instead. Other than that the dryer is good. The rack function is a nice option, but wish it had more surface area or space for two (maybe stackable).

However that third year the issues came I had it serviced July 7, 2019, and exactly a year later dryer has issues again. Thinking my 3 year geek squad plan covered me 3 years after manufacture warranty I called in, got scheduled and everything. I asked how long I had left and was told it expired. So be careful when you buy that extended coverage it does NOT start after manufacture warranty ends. It starts from the day of purchase. Even though for the first year the manufacture fixes it so the price you are paying is for a two year service plan not the advertised 3 year. I'm done with BestBuy and Samsung, just got all new appliances different manufacture, different store. Be careful of Samsung products and BestBuy extended warranties. Keep in mind this was over 2k so not cheap appliances but meh live and learn
