Love this dryer not only is a beautiful it makes life so much easier

First, the washer and dryer was delivered in October, 2023 but the accessories were not delivered. Had to wait over a month to get the dryer. Called representatives many times and no one ever returned the call. Requested that management call several times but management never returned the calls. It took three months to get the washer and dryer. Best Buy charged the account before the washer was even received in January 17,2024. Customer service was very poor. If customers expect timely service and exceptional customer service, I would not recommend Best Buy.

Great design and features which are worth the price, however be aware of the front electronic cover which easily comes off after only few loads. Also, im not really sure if the Steam function does, but its not what I expected.

Good appliance. Best buy.It was where this equipment cost me the least. In other establishments I have seen it up to 150.00 dollars more expensive.

Great Dryer! I got it as a scratch and dent for under $500. It had a big ol' dent on the top/side. So I watched a youtube video on how to open it. Took the top panel off and banged out the dent. I dont think it would have worked properly had I not done that. The dent was pretty close touching to the drum. Anyways It drys my clothes in 1 cycle. My last dryer which was almost 15 years old took 2 cycles at an hour a piece. I am loving my new dryer and my lower electricity bill!

Best dryer i have owned. Working great and wife loves how much capacity it has. Dry them big blankets

It is an excellent product birh washer snd dryer and had an excellent installation team of best buy. Love it!

I love how this dryer dries my clothes quick while saving energy. I have see a difference in my electric bill. I also love that it notifys my phone when my laundry is dry.
