Pretty good machine as you’d expect. Tempted to knock an extra point off the the highly annoying musical alert that signals the dryer is finished. It long - like 10 sec of loud mindless tones. No way to shut it off. The matching washer has a button to disable that. The dryer doesn’t. Good thing we have a laundry room door

great washer/dryer set! We got the same dryer 2x with a broken part but the third one finally came in good shape and we were able to get some money in a gift card for the trouble. Highly recommend being a totaltech member if you're furnishing a house

Excellent dryer. Allows me to use my smart phone and smart app to keep update on my drying schedule.

Not sure about this yet. Love the look. We owned it three weeks and a heating fuse/sensor went out. BB was amazing enough to replace the entire unit. Now when a load has finished and you open the door you hear this knocking noise. Will probably be calling them back. Dries quick and efficient though!

I haven't owned many dryers in my lifetime but this samsung is solid. Drys quickly and has multiple options for dry type. Once washer dies i will get matching washer.

I will NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance, and I am saying this with a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, 3 TVs and this Dryer along with its companion washer, as well as an additional set in my basement. We purchased this dryer in November of last year. Two weeks ago, the dryer stopped working. After contacting Best Buy, we were informed the Best Buy warranty expired the DAY BEFORE. It’s unfortunate, because although we purchased the dryer in November, we did not take possession until it was delivered in December, which would have added the needed additional weeks to the one year warranty. We began contacting Samsung a week ago and still have not been provided repair service. Almost every Samsung appliance we have purchased has had issues. I am so disappointed in the quality and service options from both Best Buy and Samsung.

We have purchased Samsung products in the past because of their quality, and once again, they did not disappoint us with our washer and dryer. We are delighted with both, and they look amazing.

Love this dryer! Drys quickly and all the way through. The steam option is great for “rewear” items and for getting out wrinkles.

Our dryer stopped spinning, but remained on not even 3 months after purchasing. I contacted Samsung who uses a 3rd party for repairs. The 3rd party is almost impossible to get a hold of & when they schedule you they tell you all appointments are “tentative”. We’re going on a month later with 3 different scheduling appointments that have all not shown up on the day of said appointments. At this point American Home Service warranty is going to repair this because Samsung can’t/wont step up & do anything besides say it’s out of their hands. So much for standing behind their product. Def do not recommend Samsung.
