    I like this dryer. but on august it start not fully dry the clothes. i have to repeat twice. I don't like that. its wasting electricity. please give me a number to call. i want it to be repaired. I hope you response. thank you

    I have purchased 3 of these dryers from the outlet and all three have had to be replaced. I can over look the dents etc. but the unit SOUNDS horrible and this outlet needs to start testing the merchandise first

    poor heating, timer issues on certain cycles

    does it look pretty. yes. but that's it. i have NO idea how people are giving this 4 or 5 stars. i have had the set less than 2 months, done 100+ washes and almost every single wash rather it be a small load or large load, it has to be run 2 sometimes 3 times to get dry. and recently on heavy duty and bedding cycles, the timer will count down from 120min to 119min and then skip all way down to 1min. so in total the dryer only stays on for 2minutes on those two settings. this dryer is complete trash. major regret!

    Don't purchase through Best Buy

    The dryer isn't bad, but don't purchase through Best Buy. It came dented and I've had three phone calls where they lied about providing a gift card and never sent it. They outsource their customer service.

    Tried several load, clothes not completely dried and the drum makes too much noise. Not nearly as good as my previous Samsung dryer

    Dryer broke within three weeks of purchase

    Just purchased the washer and dryer set a month ago and then Dyer's belt broke not even 3 weeks of having them installed in my apartment. So disappointed, also got the best buy warranty in was told best buys warranty supposedly doesn't cover that. So I'm like why would y'all sell me the warranty then smh. Had my newborn baby clothes in the washer and couldn't dry then at all. Had to put everything on hangers in air dry and my bathroom definitely a thumbs down for me.

    Bought this to replace a Samsung dryer we had for at least 10 years. Takes way longer to dry clothes

    Avoid! 3 weeks old. we’ve had constant CL9 error.

    Do not buy!! Avoid. Bought ours dryer 18th March 2025. Keeps stoping less than 5 mins after staring with a CL9 error. Can’t return because you only get a week to return apparently. We used it once and went on vacation. Week was over with. Now constant headache!!! You can not turn on and walk away. We have repositioned, cleared the vent, changed the vent…. Still only works without error 25% of the time. Looks great but completely useless at the job.

    Avoid this Dryer & Samsung Customer Service!

    Purchased new washer and dryer and received a dryer with broken sensor. Took 2 weeks to get customer service to send tech out to fix. Rude and unresponsive customer service reps. Wasted 9 hours on phone with Best Buy and Samsung reps trying to solve. Will never purchase a Samsung product again.

    Door bolts will not catch the backing!

    Love the dryer but when changing the door to open from the otherside the screw would not catch on the metal backing as its not attached and pushes away from the bolt, so i tried putting it back on the original side and it would NOT catch there either, i tried 6 times on both sides and it will not catch, the tip of the bolt is actually stripped now. The backing should be attached so it doesn't push away from the bolt so it will actually catch and hold the door on. Now i have a brand new dryer with only 1 bolt holding my door on.

    Complete garbage! Dryer has been replaced once and the replacement unit does not work either. I have spent hours trying to coordinate repairs and Samsung service/warranty could NOT be less helpful. I have 2 Samsung dryers in my house and will never buy Samsung again! Samsung service is GARBAGE!

    Faulty Dryers

    Had washer & dryer delivered, my husband installed both dryer/washer. Washer worked fine but when dryer was installed, started making extremely loud rubbing noise (also came damaged, front frame of dryer was slightly coming apart). We called customer service only to be told we would have to wait another week for new dryer to be delivered, replaced, and installed. A week layer dryer was replaced and installed only for the associate to rudely tell us he has no time to call customer service and wait for them because our dryer was once again faulty. Only to be called by customer service stating we’d have to wait yet again another week for a dryer and that there would be no promise that the new dryer wouldn’t be faulty also because it’s possibly a “bad batch”. Very disappointed.
