    Bought these dryer one month ago and I still haven't been able to use it, the dryer keeps tripping the breaker, two electricians already confirmed that the problem is the dryer, I haven't been able to get a technician to review the dryer because I had a scheduled appointment for yesterday and the total tech technician didn't arrive. Hopefully I'll have them repair it next week but honestly this whole experience has been a nightmare. I would give ZERO stars if I could, will not buy a Samsung dryer ever again! The washer does work pretty well but honestly, without the dryer is hard to know if it works that great.

    Lavadora The worst washing machine you can buy. After fifteen days of buying it, the washing machine suddenly started to vibrate very strongly out of control. I called the BEST BUY store to return it and it couldn't be done because more than fifteen days had passed, so I called the Samsung technicians for the warranty and they simply didn't answer me. I recommend to everyone who has time to DO NOT BUY IT.

    Do not buy this dryer. Second one within 3 months already went bad again. Best buy will not help me. First one went bad within the 24hrs, now the second one 3months later. When i called the lady i spoke with was very disrespectful to the point i hung up the phone.

    Well. This was not what we wanted. We ordered the GE’s but the dryer was back ordered. And was not given an idea of when the GE dryer was coming in. I didn’t had any other choice as I was in need for a washer and Dryer, and I had to chose these. So, let’s see how it goes… Oh wait, almost forgot. When we received them, SURPRISE!!! The Samsung dryer was mechanically unfunctional. The installer said, “This is wrong”. Three days later they came back to change it.

    Shopping at Best Buy was a nightmare. The actual performance of the unit is good. The delivery and coordination of the delivery was horrific.

    Missing “In Stock” Dryer

    Purchased on May 4th and was in stock at store. Could have left that day with it. Daughter moving into first apartment on June 8th and first appointment time available was June 10th. The morning of appointment (10:30am) after taking off work for the day, I was called at 7am to be told there was no dryer. Delayed until July 29th.

    We not only waited for 2 months, but after we finally received the dryer it did not work. We initally asked for a replacement, but because it was going to take them another 2 months. We went to Lowe's that day and they delivered the same dryer the next day. The only difference was that it worked. We have always purchased anything tech related from Bestbuy, but this was our first major appliance through them. All I can say is that we had the worst experience and that their entire delivery service is bizarre. Never again.

    Both arrived damaged. Still haven’t received my gift card.delivery driver knew they were damaged and dropped it off anyway while I was deployed instead of just taking it back and exchanging for ones that were not damaged. Then I was originally offer $40 … the cost to replace the back panel alone on a brand new washer is $258

    Temp setting are predetermined and not adjustable

    All these wonderful cycles and the temp is mostly preset for HIGH heat. That’s BS . Can’t be adjusted for lower heat settings

    I have had two dryers delivered and two arrived faulty. Best Buy has provided adequate support on getting the dryer replaced.

    Looks pretty, thats it. Leveling feet look like plastic from a tonka toy. On normal mode, it couldnt even dry a small load of towels. And this happened EVERY time. Couple this with how twrrible the washer, stacking kit AND "ease of delivery", i wouldnt touch this set or this company with YOUR finger.

    bought as a scratch and dent drove from Kentucky to Ohio for pick up did not unwrap them until back home and looked like it fell out back of a truck. also contacted samsung about the 20yr warranty and they acted like they didn’t even know it had a 20 year warranty and it’s posted on front of machine

    Dryer quit working two weeks out of warranty.

    $900 dryer lasting barely one year is totally unacceptable. We think motor went out. Samsung won’t give any discount on repair and estimate it’ll be up to $350 to repair. Will never buy another Samsung. Our last dryer lasted 25 years and was a different brand.

    Samsung dryer

    The dryer doesn’t dry as good as it says. Every time we take our clothes out of the dryer, it was still damp. We had a dry it at least two times before we could take it out of the dryer and the lint catcher caught some of the clothes and ripped it not a happy camper.
