Updated my Samsung with newer models and very pleased with quietness, and ease of use. Had both washer & dryer professionally installed by Best Buy and they made quick work of it and hauled away they used models.

This is the perfect dryer is very easy to use has space for a big load I love it also dryes your clothes quickly I recvomend it

This is perhaps the nicest utility that ive ever owned. Ive used Samsung washers before. This one os quiet, quick, and allows for you to watch over it via your phone if you have a samsung device easily using its smart devices application.

Going from not having dryer to know having one was a life changer I do my laundry in less then a day and it leaves are close so warm. Its also very spacious

I was so nervous to make this purchase but I am so glad that I finally did! Laundry is fun again! Everyone in my house is obsessed… even our teenagers. Does an excellent job. We shouldn’t have waited so long to get rid of our old washer and dryer. It used to take at least 2 cycles to get our clothes dry. Now they are done in no time. We have a small laundry room and having these stacked really freed up so much space. Beautiful color as well.

So i have owned a few dryers in my life and this is a game changer both this and the washer. OH wow this is like the Cadillac of machines, It's so so quiet and i bought this set for the fact its stackable. You do have to bye the stackable kit separate but it was only like $35 so not going to break the bank. But i was afraid because it was the stackable set it was going to be louder and i could have not been more wrong. It is so quiet i don't even know its running. Also you can hook it up to your WIFI and at first i though how stupid but again i was wrong its actually nice because then you link it with an app called smart things and you can monitor how long it has to was and dry if you have both like i do and you can set it settings from the app, so my daughter who is all of 4 foot 9 inch and cant reach the buttons on the dry because we have that on top of the stack she just puts the cloths in and sends the settings to the dryer from her phone, I lets you know once your cloths are dry and washed with the washer. The quality of the dry and washer is is great. It does NOT feel like its made cheaply. You can tell its made of good quality material not all plastic. I am very happy and every penny i spent on this setup was a great choice.

Gorgeous! But you'd think you wouldn't need the extra presets, like dewrinkle, fluff, steam, sanitize, and connection to phone. I end up using these all the time! It makes it so much easier to do laundry. CONS: The exhaust vent, water line and splitter from the washer's water supply, and even the power cord must be purchased separately. ALSO, I STRONGLY suggest to pay the extra couple bucks and have the delivery people install it, because the back electrical panel has raw current running through it and you will get an electric shock. It is also a huge pain to level the dryer using the provided feet- especially if you want to level it with your washer. I also purchased the pedestal drawers (shown in pics), so I can store all my supplies AND it's much easier on my back having it raised so I don't have to stoop to load/unload.

One of the most efficient and intuitive dryers I've ever used. I doubted its drying capabilities when I put in a load of denim on its most conservative settings fully expecting damp clothing at the end of the cycle, but, surprisingly, all 12 pair of denim jeans were FULLY DRY and WRINKLE FREE.. NO IRONING. Just placed them on hangars and in the closet. I fully recommend this dryer and will compare it to ANY dryer in the marketplace. It's feature packed and smart. And . . . It's a Samsung.

These Samsung washer and dryer are excellent, great capacity, wifi connectivity, easy to use. Love them both and if you are going to make the investment buy the 2 pedestals for the units, your back will thank you.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is so beautiful. I love that I could download the app and get updates on time and other things like it will tell you if someone opened the door or left it open. The dryer is so efficient we've saved money on our electric bill. The steam sanitize has not shrunk any of our clothes. That is a huge deal because if you've ever dried anything on high temp it typically shrinks in outdated or inefficient dryers. I've never had clothes come out feeling so clean! Even the smelliest of towels passed the sniff test. This was the best birthday gift I have ever received. I was going to get the pedestals but they are tall enough to me so I am getting a topper to go over the top of the washer and dryer for extra space for folding. I was amazed how fast they hooked up everything. The way they take it upstairs and didn't bounce off the walls was incredible! We love Best Buy! We've never had any problems with any purchases. We love Samsung! All of our future appliances/electronics will be from Best Buy and be Samsung products.

Love this dryer! I bought open box, and mybestbuy membership. I got the dryer delivered, and plugged it in and it was making a TERRIBLE noise. I promptly called, got a bestbuy tech within 3 days, had to order parts, and repaired it 2 days after ordering. Awesome service, promptness, informative, and 3 months later the dryer is working like brand new, super quite, and we LOVE the dryer steam option! Got a wrinkly clean shirt, throw it into the 15 min steam option, comes out looking brand new! Great dryer, and matching dryer is great too! Highly advise!

This machine makes laundry a delight to do. I know it sounds like a corny come online or something, but it’s true. I had no idea that’s such a nice machine is so easy and fun to use. It’s also also a beautiful machine.

So far so good, absolutely LOVE the color. Is doing really well with pet hair too. Has a wifi function that i have yet to try out. The lint catch is also dual & it’s so easy to clean after every dry. It’s a massive dryer & has no issues fitting a weeks worth of laundry for 2 people in one load.

The washing dryer works great my mom received hers and using hers. I’m not gonna use message to a move but I know my Watch should be working just fine. How are you doing?

I recently upgraded my old samsung dryer for this new one and it works exceptionally great . It drys with just running it once for 39 minutes and its very easy to use and love the Bluetooth feature it comes with to control the time if needed.
