    Undecided. We have an LG and only have one issue and that's the Lint doesn't trap well. The Samsung has had issues with leaking. Easily resolved yet annoying and could have been a disaster if we hadn't be watching for possible issues since it's our first Samsung.

    Worst manufacturer service. Dryer started making weird noise even after turning off the power. Manufacturer said they'll charge extra to fix that.

      A working dryer is needed to dry our clothes, Santos. Let's go ahead and check with some possible fixes.

    2 hours to completely dry the same load that took 30 min to wash in the same brand washing machine i find excessive. Not sure if other dryers are better though.

    Terrible lint trap design

    I drys well. Door is a little weak. It also has a ridiculously difficult lint trap to clean. A spring-loaded piece that seals the lent trap hole when the trap is removed broke on the first use. WiFi app is nearly useless.

    I’ve had so much trouble with this dryer. A lot started happening right towards the year mark. I love it the dryer at first but I would not recommend.

    Product is fine if you want to hire a professional to install it, but DO NOT USE the Best Buy installers. They tracked mud all over my brand new house and they installed both the washer and dryer incorrectly. We did ask them to move their truck during the install because our movers arrived and they were able to do that for us.

    I wanted to upgrade my old LG dryer for a machine with Wi-Fi and steam and chose this Samsung. It was delivered without the hose for the steam and after repeated tries over a full week I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work. I tried the Samsung helpline and they spent 40 minutes having me go through the same troubleshooting steps that I’d already done, and wanted me to remove my other devices from the WiFi, essentially blaming it on my WiFi service. They promised to send the hose but then got in touch a week later and said they needed additional information to be able to send it. I returned the Samsung and got an LG. It was 150 more but the LG had no problems connecting to WiFi, came with all the right parts, and works perfectly.

    Waited for nine months to arrive. Had 4 no shows with delivery service and had to go to the store three times before it finally showed up.

    the product is fine, but, Best Buy no showed no called me 6 times before I finally received the order. Each time the representative promised me it will arrive the next time and I would be compensated when the order was completed. When I finally did receive the item, I had to call again to get compensation and they offered me a $36 gift card. 6 times i waited on the phone for hours and hooking up and disconnecting my old dryer! Ill sell the gift card and never buy anything from BEST BUY!
