    Ours showed up with dents all over the top. Seems ok but didn't dry the comforter very well. We'll see how it goes.

    I bought this in July and I am already calling for service. Luckily I purchased the geek squad protection plan. When this thing sounds it's so loud it rumbles my house. Something is broken with this think. I had Maytag washers for ten years with only one service call after 4 years. I am scared to what this is going to bring so early in the contract

    Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

    I bought brand new washer and dryer set. After 2 weeks from installation, I realized that machine makes super noisy grind sound. I wanted replacement since the problem was wrong installation, but BestBuy didn't allow it and now they never reply my emails. Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

    Approx 21 days after purchase & installation, the "wrinkle prevent" function stopped working. It would give a strange "code" on the screen that was not listed anywhere in the accompanying user's manual. I am now waiting for the computer board to be replaced......

    Failed element 1.2 years after purchase - bad dry

    Failed two months after warranty ran out. The heating element failed. Even before that, the drying felt sub-par compared to the LG we used to have. Samsung couldn't care less after I reached out to them.

    Not happy with this dryer. Does not dry the clothes completely and I will be calling for a repair shortly. I've only had it 1 month. :-((

    Dryer doesn't dry. I need to run it 2 times in order to dry properly. I never had issues with gas dryers. Either electric dryers don't work or I got a defective unit.

    I have it replaced 2 times and still won't dry. I wish I had never bought this. Best buy customer service is great, but this dryer is awful!
