Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had this dryer for over a year now and, the clothes are never dry after 1 cycles, normally have to do 2-3 times to get the clothes dry, and the wifi never work, not sure what to do to fix it ! So disappointed!

It also comes with Steam Sanitize+. The only bad thing is it did not come with accessories had to buy the electrical whip separate and ventilation vent.

The original price of the unit was $850. Add this item to the list of Samsung appliances I have had that stopped working in the first 3 years of owning them. Save yourself the money and headache by going with a different brand

Hello, how so? I invested a very high amount for this type of service, I want to change my dryer, this batch is defective and today 01/25/2021 I have my dryer not working!!!I want it to be replaced by another one. Impossible to work for 5 months q stops drying, fixes and has the same defect !!

Pretty but Very Unreliable

We had to pay $350.00 for service after 13 months. One month out of warranty. Now after 17 months, more problems with the heating element that has been ordered and will take another week. Have spent about $650 in repairs and it is not even two years old! Samsung's response is pitiful. Get the extended service contract, you will use it several times.
