I PURCHASED MAJOR APPLIANCES AND THE FRIDGE WAS DEFECTIVE. I CALLED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND THEY SENT OUT A DELIVERYMAN THAT PICKED UP THE DEFECTIVE FRIDGE WITHOUT SENDING THE REPLACEMENT!!!!! NOW I HAVE FOOD ON MY COUNTERS WITH NOWHERE TO STORE THESE ITEMS!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER ISSUES I'VE ENCOUNTERED IT WOULD TAKE A WHOLE PAGE!!!

Open box beware

However, the product was not operable at all. Would not turn on manually or with wifi connection. Open box products should pass a 5 point or more inspection and certified as fully functional.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Dryer, Has wifi connectivity which allows you to use the Samsung Smart Things app to help you know when your laundry is done, you can also use the app to know how long you have until your clothing is done and you can restart your dryer even when you're not home and change the settings if needed.

Dryer lasted 14 months
