    Mixed feelings but tend not to take a risk to buy

    First unit was delivered with defective motor. Second unit had an issue with the belt. Current unit works fine. Just wondering how long it will last. Build quality does not look to good and quality control seem poor.

    I would probably give it more but the installer never hooked it up properly so most features are unusable

    Very noisy. Just used a few times. Every thing works fine except for the noise. Look good.

    ARRIVED DAMAGED NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE.

    Not sure how the item itself works, but I will say that I waited 3 weeks for delivery, and it arrived heavily damaged. Waited another 2 weeks for a new one.... again heavily damaged... waited 2 weeks for my 3rd dryer and thankfully it was good, So frustrating! I will never order from best buy again.

    Excellent quality of material! Beautiful appearance and the main thing in the lightest way it washes the clothes very well and in the heaviest way, in addition to washing well, it doesn't damage the clothes, it doesn't wear out the clothes, this was very important for our family!

    Dryer showed up and made more noise than the 15 year old second hand samsung dryer I was replacing. Talked to samsung customer service and best buy geek squad, all agreed to come out and inspect/repair the unit. However best buy had no appointments available, and the contracted service company for samsung is 2 hours away and not interested. I'll just return it and the associated washer, and look elsewhere.

    Everything works but it makes a horrible scraping noise from day 1. I called Samsung they didn’t want to know anything about it and told me to contact the vendor. I didn’t purchase the protection plan so Best Buy could care less. I have had bad luck with most of my Samsung appliances but I wanted everything to match.

    Dropping off dryer

    They dropped it off but did not install it said they would come back later and never did I also pay for the total tech so it includes installation and hauling the old dryer away which is the only thing they did.

    I love this washer dryer set. It is smartphone interactive and aids in sleting cycles by the type of cloths your washing! It seems to sanatize and clean very well with less amount of laundry soap and fabric softener.

    I will never shop at best again, won’t not price match my dryer when I had proof of price, went to the store where I purchased the dryer show them proof still was told no , associate had a phone directly in front of him also told me he couldn’t call the store to verify and the last straw for me but when you call the store you get directed to a call center which forced me to drive to the store cause you can’t talk to over phone worst experience ever

    Delivery was not on the scheduled day and the overall service is horrible. These were 2 items out of 6 that I ordered in December of 2023. Can you believe that I still don’t have the rest of my appliances, and it is now March 22nd of 2024. Delivery was canceled and rescheduled 7 times. Unacceptable customer service…. I wouldn’t go back to shop here if they were giving out free lunch. Do yourself a favor and stay far away

    Very pretty but I’ve only had it for 2 days and it’s making a noise that sounds like a helicopter..will probably be sending it back

    quit working in less than 2 months

    stopped working in less than 2 months and now have to wait on parts and the tech they sent didn’t even know what was really wrong with it and is just ordering new parts till he figures it out and by the time he get the parts it will have been down for atleast a month and best buy and there stupid 14 return policy won’t do anything it’s the last time i buy anything from best buy or another samsung product

    The dryer was dented in two locations when it was delivered and did not operate property. It took nail and tooth (literally 2-3 phone calls a day for 2 weeks straight) to get it replaced.
