The clothes wash well buuuuttttt the worst part is that dryer, i only use the time dry setting cause anything else doesnt dry the clothes fully, seems kind of waistful to have these features that cant be used.

The real problem came when 4 different techs TRIED and FAILED to fix the dryer. I still have the dryer 2 months later no refund no replacement and 20 different customer service calls telling me they UNDERSTAND….I have another service appointment so the technician can get paid for nothing I suppose. The added warranty that I purchased is a waste of money because if it’s a Samsung product it will fall under that 1 year warranty first. The only winners in this situation is the Customer service reps and Technicians because they are getting paid for every call and service appointment and Samsung and Best Buy got my money and I am stuck with a broken down dryer.
