    Good Dryer needs better software

    The dryer worked quite well, however the internal sensor does not work too well so we had to always use the highest setting.

    The dryer is great however no one told me i would have to purchase extra things for the steamer to work on the dryer.

    Unit has a code of CL9 intermittently. Called Samsung, they agreed it was defective, and issued me an E-coupon to replace it (there are not techs in my area even though it's a town of 40k a little over an hour away from a major metro). I went to use the E-coupon and it doesn't cover full price of dryer now and will also need to pay $200 delivery charge. So, for just $300 more I can get my warranty honored! Best buy also doesn't stand behind it.

    A nightmare 1 month and I can't use it

    After almost a month I got it, they have not instaled. I paid the instalation, they have came 3 or 4 times to instal the washer and dryer but they never bring the parts for the instalation. Now I am trying to return it and buy in other place where they can delkvery and install the washer. The call center is very dificult the comunicatiin with people that dont speak englush fluent.

    Don’t buy open box!

    I bought the set, washer said to be in excellent condition which it was but the dryer was satisfactory, I was a little iffy about it but when I read the description of “satisfactory” I figured It will be just some unnoticeable dents and scratches and it may not include the non essential accessories. First thing that I noticed was that the dryer was covered in dents and scratches on the front and sides, I tried to connect it and noticed there is no cord, screws, or any of the ESSENTIAL parts are included. I had to do couple trips to home depot to finally get the right screws only to find out the dryer is malfunctioning. The tub sounds to broken. Very very unsatisfied with this purchase .

    Best But won't install Samsung dryer

    This expensive product was delivered, even though I had to pay a delivery fee, and I am a Best Buy member. The team could not install this expensive product. I had to get an electrician come and install this product. I have contacted Best Buy customer relations and they tell me there is nothing that Best Buy will bo to assist in these problems. I assume that we will hve to go to Court to make this situation Fair.

    not drying fully

    I like this dryer. but on august it start not fully dry the clothes. i have to repeat twice. I don't like that. its wasting electricity. please give me a number to call. i want it to be repaired. I hope you response. thank you

    I have purchased 3 of these dryers from the outlet and all three have had to be replaced. I can over look the dents etc. but the unit SOUNDS horrible and this outlet needs to start testing the merchandise first

    I feel like I need to share my frustrating experience with the Samsung washer/dryer set that I purchased back in May (2 months ago). The delivery and replacement process has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretful about my purchase decision. It's disheartening to admit that I have received damaged units not once, not twice, but an astonishing three times! First and foremost, the continuous arrival of damaged appliances has become a recurring theme. I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but it's crazy how Best Buy/Samsung's quality control consistently fails to prevent such issues. The lack of attention to detail and negligence is simply unacceptable. I'm mostly frustrated because I've had to take time off from work every single time to accommodate the delivery and replacement appointments. This has caused immense inconvenience. Best buy's complete disregard for their customers' time and commitment is deeply disappointing. What's even more annoying is the fact that I have to reinstall the dryer myself each time a replacement arrives. (full disclosure: I did not purchase the installment option but if the product gets delivered in a damaged condition more than twice then I'm expecting for Best Buy to help out). I expect a certain level of service and support, and unfortunately Best Buy has failed miserably in providing any form of assistance or accountability in this regard. It's infuriating to have to bear the burden of their poor handling and defective products repeatedly. Not only has this experience soured my opinion of Best Buy, but it has also left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is abundantly clear that their claims of providing reliable and durable appliances are nothing more than empty marketing tactics. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing this Samsung washer/dryer set to think twice, specially if buying it from Best Buy. My ongoing struggle with damaged units, the inconvenience of taking time off work, and the burden of reinstalling the appliances myself have left me feeling frustrated. I thought that getting scammed by someone off Facebook when I tried purchasing a washer/dryer set was bad but this experience has proven to me that buying a washer/dryer set can be even more horrible.
