Avoid! 3 weeks old. we’ve had constant CL9 error.

Keeps stoping less than 5 mins after staring with a CL9 error. Can’t return because you only get a week to return apparently. We used it once and went on vacation. Week was over with. Now constant headache!!! You can not turn on and walk away. We have repositioned, cleared the vent, changed the vent…. Still only works without error 25% of the time. Looks great but completely useless at the job.

A lot of problems for shipping

Mixed feelings but tend not to take a risk to buy

Second unit had an issue with the belt. Current unit works fine. Just wondering how long it will last. Build quality does not look to good and quality control seem poor.

Very noisy

Door bolts will not catch the backing!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the dryer but when changing the door to open from the otherside the screw would not catch on the metal backing as its not attached and pushes away from the bolt, so i tried putting it back on the original side and it would NOT catch there either, i tried 6 times on both sides and it will not catch, the tip of the bolt is actually stripped now. The backing should be attached so it doesn't push away from the bolt so it will actually catch and hold the door on. Now i have a brand new dryer with only 1 bolt holding my door on.

ARRIVED DAMAGED NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE.

Waited another 2 weeks for a new one.... again heavily damaged... waited 2 weeks for my 3rd dryer and thankfully it was good, So frustrating! I will never order from best buy again.

Took 2 weeks to get customer service to send tech out to fix. Rude and unresponsive customer service reps. Wasted 9 hours on phone with Best Buy and Samsung reps trying to solve. disappointing

Talked to samsung customer service and best buy geek squad, all agreed to come out and inspect/repair the unit. However best buy had no appointments available, and the contracted service company for samsung is 2 hours away and not interested. I'll just return it and the associated washer, and look elsewhere.

Dropping off dryer
