I’m done with Samsung

I called Samsung they didn’t want to know anything about it and told me to contact the vendor. I didn’t purchase the protection plan so Best Buy could care less. I have had bad luck with most of my Samsung appliances but I wanted everything to match.

Faulty Dryers

Washer worked fine but when dryer was installed, started making extremely loud rubbing noise (also came damaged, front frame of dryer was slightly coming apart). We called customer service only to be told we would have to wait another week for new dryer to be delivered, replaced, and installed. A week layer dryer was replaced and installed only for the associate to rudely tell us he has no time to call customer service and wait for them because our dryer was once again faulty. Only to be called by customer service stating we’d have to wait yet again another week for a dryer and that there would be no promise that the new dryer wouldn’t be faulty also because it’s possibly a “bad batch”. Very disappointed.

Dryer has been replaced once and the replacement unit does not work either. I have spent hours trying to coordinate repairs and Samsung service/warranty could NOT be less helpful. I have 2 Samsung dryers in my house and will never buy Samsung again! Samsung service is GARBAGE!

BUYER BEWARE!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these dryer one month ago and I still haven't been able to use it, the dryer keeps tripping the breaker, two electricians already confirmed that the problem is the dryer, I haven't been able to get a technician to review the dryer because I had a scheduled appointment for yesterday and the total tech technician didn't arrive. Hopefully I'll have them repair it next week but honestly this whole experience has been a nightmare. I would give ZERO stars if I could, will not buy a Samsung dryer ever again! The washer does work pretty well but honestly, without the dryer is hard to know if it works that great.

It is smartphone interactive and aids in sleting cycles by the type of cloths your washing! It seems to sanatize and clean very well with less amount of laundry soap and fabric softener.

Terrible service

Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else.

These were 2 items out of 6 that I ordered in December of 2023. Can you believe that I still don’t have the rest of my appliances, and it is now March 22nd of 2024. Delivery was canceled and rescheduled 7 times. Unacceptable customer service…. I wouldn’t go back to shop here if they were giving out free lunch. Do yourself a favor and stay far away

After fifteen days of buying it, the washing machine suddenly started to vibrate very strongly out of control. I called the BEST BUY store to return it and it couldn't be done because more than fifteen days had passed, so I called the Samsung technicians for the warranty and they simply didn't answer me. I recommend to everyone who has time to DO NOT BUY IT.

We ordered the GE’s but the dryer was back ordered. And was not given an idea of when the GE dryer was coming in. I didn’t had any other choice as I was in need for a washer and Dryer, and I had to chose these. So, let’s see how it goes… Oh wait, almost forgot. When we received them, SURPRISE!!! The Samsung dryer was mechanically unfunctional. The installer said, “This is wrong”. Three days later they came back to change it.

Possible defect or item out of stock now…

Horrible experience with the item and unacceptable experience with the call center who was supposedly going to call me back even gave me a reference number only to have to repeat myself when calling back when they want to know why I’m calling for…. Normally I have really good experience with Best Buy in general however not sure what happened with this order. Oh and the set up wasn’t bad, you have to connect to your water for the sanitation to work… just a heads up.

Do not buy this!! Stay away

Second one within 3 months already went bad again. Best buy will not help me. First one went bad within the 24hrs, now the second one 3months later. When i called the lady i spoke with was very disrespectful to the point i hung up the phone.
