Dryer quit working two weeks out of warranty.

We think motor went out. Samsung won’t give any discount on repair and estimate it’ll be up to $350 to repair. Will never buy another Samsung. Our last dryer lasted 25 years and was a different brand.

Samsung dryer

Every time we take our clothes out of the dryer, it was still damp. We had a dry it at least two times before we could take it out of the dryer and the lint catcher caught some of the clothes and ripped it not a happy camper.

Broken

All three dryers so-far have been broken and its been almost three weeks since purchase. I am at the end of my ropes from missing work for the deliveries and each time is a waste and a disappointment. The only good thing is that the reps on the phone are easy to get a hold of. Sooo stressed out!

Worst customer service ever

What kind of service is this. I’ll refrain buying it from Best Buy and they even made me get total member.

Wouldn’t recommend Best Buy for install.

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had!

The washer came fine. The dryer was damaged. They gave me a new appointment and brought a damaged dryer again I’ve complain to corporate and to management at the store in Modesto. Still no reaction I hate to say it, but Best Buy is not what it used to be.

Save your money!!

I should have listened to the reviews. Then it was a battle trying to get Samsung to send a repair technician out to fix it. Samsung is the worst I’m starting to see that.

Poor service
