    Samsung Dryer

    The Samsung open box dryer broke in the second week of purchase. The real problem came when 4 different techs TRIED and FAILED to fix the dryer. I still have the dryer 2 months later no refund no replacement and 20 different customer service calls telling me they UNDERSTAND….I have another service appointment so the technician can get paid for nothing I suppose. The added warranty that I purchased is a waste of money because if it’s a Samsung product it will fall under that 1 year warranty first. The only winners in this situation is the Customer service reps and Technicians because they are getting paid for every call and service appointment and Samsung and Best Buy got my money and I am stuck with a broken down dryer.

    Nightmare dryer

    About 8 times so far having the repair guys out.Payed through my home insurance.Asked Samsung about the lemon laws and they said we would have to pay for a visit as the warranty has ran out. Had it just over a year. Thinking of just throwing it in the trash and getting a GE what I never have trouble with.Repair guy’s said the US made stuff is better.

    This dryer has to cool down at least 10 mins after each cycle before it will start another cycle

    Buyer beware

    I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. Still under one year warranty, the dryer needed repair. Was informed I had to get someone to unstack before repairing. And then have someone reinstall when repair is done. Only way to get a service repair. Anyone thinking about purchasing Samsung should know this.

    Didn't work, had to return. The delivery service personnel, didn't plug it in. When, we did, it wouldn't work.

    This is the worst dryer in the world

    Got this dry & absolutely loved it, but right after a year of having it to the date, it stopped working. It completely wouldn’t even start. We have had this dumb dryer worked on & fixed 5x & it still keeps breaking down. Do not buy this dryer. Now looking for a completley different brand dryer… i will never buy Samsung appliances ever again

    Doesnt dry anything.

    This thing is terrible. From the first load it ran - had an error that my vent was clogged. I pulled the dryer back out and thoroughly clened out the vent all the way to the outside of the house. Reinstalled the dryer and got the same error. I restarted it and it ran until it said it was finished, but the clothes were completely damp still. Every load we dry is a struggle of the same type mentioned above. Last Samsung im buying. The matching washer is equally bad.

    Do not buy .

    Do not buy ! Samsung does not stand behind their product. I purchased this dryer and it has broken 3 times in seven months. I called Samsung CEO , and they want to keep replacing parts- the motherboard went out among other things. I can currently in direct communication with them ..I’m waiting on a call back.

    Stay away from the Best Buy outlet.

    I bought a dryer, and the salesperson told me that I had to purchase Membership Plus for $49.99 to get that price. I also will receive a store reward certificate for $80.00, which will be credited to my Best Buy credit card. He lied about everything. No credit to the credit card. The certificate cannot be used to purchase even Best Buy Gift card. Stay away from that facility.

    DO NOT BUY

    Broke right after the one year warranty expired. Was terrible to use. Didn't ever get clothes dry. Settings didn't make sense. I will never buy a Samsung washer/dryer set again. It looked attractive but didn't ever function well and now it is officially broken, and would cost more to repair than it is worth.

    DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX MODEL

    2 Seperate 100 mile trips to the outlet and 2 broken Dryers. They were listed “good” condition and “works like new”. Complete incompetence on Best Buy. If you buy open box, beware. They will sell you broken dryers and do not care.
