Even when it was before their 30 day warranty. They will do anything and everything to get you to pay more money.

It dries way faster than my old dryer. Sometimes if linens are really thick, they can come out a slightly damp. Besides that everything else comes out nice and dry. I use the steam refresh feature more than I thought I would. I like to refresh jeans, throw blankets and throw pillows.

Bestbuy delivered and installed. The two installies were great. got them stacked on an uneven basement floor with no problems, they dont even wiggle. very easy to use and connect to your phone to get live updates. the cycle complete tone is entertaining even.

Also the chim it has when finished is annoying and lasts for 30 plus seconds. Not fun when you are trying to sleep. But it does connect with your phone and give you error codes and explain how to fix them or let you know when its finished drying.

I wish I had done it sooner! It's super quiet. Drys the clothes fast. The steam option freshens clothes left in the washer. I scoffed at the online connectivity until I realized my tv was Samsung too. It pops an icon on the tv too tell me the dryer is done. Really handy ! My only complaint is the door is a bit small.
