    The dryer works very well, drying our clothes faster than our old dryer. We have not had a need to try the steam features yet, but I'm sure they work well. Samsung is a great brand.

    Great design and features which are worth the price, however be aware of the front electronic cover which easily comes off after only few loads. Also, im not really sure if the Steam function does, but its not what I expected.

    First, the washer and dryer was delivered in October, 2023 but the accessories were not delivered. Had to wait over a month to get the dryer. Called representatives many times and no one ever returned the call. Requested that management call several times but management never returned the calls. It took three months to get the washer and dryer. Best Buy charged the account before the washer was even received in January 17,2024. Customer service was very poor. If customers expect timely service and exceptional customer service, I would not recommend Best Buy.
