Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The day that purchased this washer and dryer at the sterling store one of the team members helped me with the purchase and she added everything else without one piece which was required for installation and the day the installation team came they said that they cannot do it without that part. So they said that we will order it and schedule the installation again. At the mean time asked them to take the measurements and make sure that it fits. He got the measurements and confirmed that it will fit. So the next time another team came and they said that they are only here to deliver the kit and they cannot do the installation. The big unit was still in my living room for one week and I had to schedule another installation appointment. Geek squad and Best Buy are very unprofessional and they don’t communicate well with each other. I really had a bad experience with them in both appointments. Had to call customer support and stay on hold for up to an hour to schedule appointments.

Other than that, it's operating without any issues.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance, and I am saying this with a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, 3 TVs and this Dryer along with its companion washer, as well as an additional set in my basement. We purchased this dryer in November of last year. Two weeks ago, the dryer stopped working. After contacting Best Buy, we were informed the Best Buy warranty expired the DAY BEFORE. It’s unfortunate, because although we purchased the dryer in November, we did not take possession until it was delivered in December, which would have added the needed additional weeks to the one year warranty. We began contacting Samsung a week ago and still have not been provided repair service. Almost every Samsung appliance we have purchased has had issues. I am so disappointed in the quality and service options from both Best Buy and Samsung.
