At first I was shocked because I didn’t expect it to be so big and thought they weren’t going to fit in my tiny laundry room. But I purposely chose this size, I wanted to be able to wash king size blankets and I’m glad I did. It’s looks really nice too, very slick and clean, no printed directions just a dial with endless options. Works great, I love it.

I use the appropriate cycles for instance if I'm drying towels or bedding I place it on that cycle. The most effective is the heavy duty cycle and I still have to run it more than once. I always clean the lint basket before starting the cycle.

We looked in it and found a hole where her shirt was stuck inside. Samsung wouldn’t cover it because it was out of warranty. I checked online and others are having the same problem. Beware.
