    To complicated amd close comes out to wrinkle. Im not happy with this its not what i ask for

      This dryer has a wrinkle-away cycle in which you must load 2-3 items simultaneously. It can help with the wrinkles you are encountering on your dryer.

      Please check this link to your user manual for details on the wrinkle-away cycle, other cycles your dryer has, and how to use your dryer. Turn to pages 41 to 46 ("Control panel," "Operating a cycle," "Cycle overview," and "Using Options.")

    I am so disappointed in this dryer. I only purchased a new dryer because my washer went out and I wanted to upgrade my new home. I received the first dryer and had to dry my clothes 3 to 4 times and they were still damp. I returned it and got a replacement right away, I was annpyes the the tape residue was left by the guys that dropped it off, but I didn't complain. Mo ths later, it's still not drying. My old dryer cost $300 from a used appliance shop and would have the clothes burning hot. This one cost three times as much and won't dry a small load after two hours??? I spend money with Best Buy, but this has me very disappointed...what did I pay for? The name? I put it up on pedestals, cleaned the lint trap, cleared the vent and hose...what is the problem??? A waste..

    Who thought making eco dry default was a good idea

    Eco dry is a joke. It is turned on as default instead of being optional on normal and timed dry modes. It literally takes forever to dry and it's annoying to have to turn it off every time you want to use these modes.

    If I could give this is zero I would. Overall this is a pretty cool duo with the washer but as soon as we turned it on it was broken. I just ended up returning both the dryer and washer and bought different brand ones.

    Stopped drying after 3 months only cold air coming out it’s so disappointing now I need to call Samsung and go through that after only 3 months

    WAY too LOUD!!! The "time's up" super-long songs CAN be silenced... but not all the other annoying chimes. I exchanged for LG -- solely for the ability to mute ALL sounds.

    Doesn't dry, needs at least two cycles on high to dry a standard load. Had unti replaced with a new one, still doesn't dry.

    Don't reverse the door because the screws are bad

    I tried to reverse the door and the screws and hinges are all stripped / broke. It seem these screws are very poor quality.

    My review is not about the items purchased. It’s about the incompetence of geek squad. Too much to give every detail. On two occasions the service people were sent that were not qualified to handle gas dryers. To begin , the service person , whom which I tipped $60.00 , failed to disconnect the transportation bolts. This resulted in violent shaking of the washer that moved all over nearly ripping it from the hose connections. The stacking kit I ordered was missing pieces. Every time a spoke with a concierge rep , I had to wait approximately 1 well for a service call. I retuned the items 9 days ago and I’m still waiting for a re- pickup. Again the people sent so not qualified to work with a gas dryer. So I had them discounted by a plumber. Now anyone they send will pick it up. It sits in my dining room. Went to the store and spoke with the GM. He was very caring. He told me I would receive a call . Never did. At least the third time I was told that during this whole ordeal. More to this story but why bother.
