With the latest update the dryer gets stuck in dn mode and becomes a useless piece of garbage. Samsung is no help. Many are having this problem. So far only unplugging for 5-10 minutes allows it to turn back on

A dryer with an error code may cause delays in washing the clothes. We're here to help!
Error codes help identify the problem when your dryer isn't working correctly. Luckily, errors on your Samsung dryer are usually easy to fix and only take a few troubleshooting steps.
Error dn means Download in progress. Do not unplug or shut off Power to the dryer while this code is displayed. Doing so may cause the dryer to become inoperable and require service.

I had to hire a plumber. BB could not provide the correct connection and would not allow one from home depot. Their suggestion- change the size of the gas valve. Seriously.
