    The crew that came out would not install my pedestal that came with the dryer. I was on the chat 3 times and no agent could help me . The chat kept getting interrupted. I’m very disappointed on the online service I have been dealing with

    I’m guessing the steam part works but not holding my breath! Average dry time even for microfiber towels that are quick drying is two hours! A regular load of shirts closer to three hours! For 22 days now I have been wishing for my old dryer! Yes, I got a new dryer duct. Yes, I have tried numerous settings. If you have all day to do a single load of laundry then this is the dryer for you!

    Will never buy another Samsung appliance. Purchased this with the matching washer and they’ve been nothing but trouble. Yes it dries the clothes, but Samsung installed an incorrect electrical panel so all the lights light up incorrectly. It’s more of a nuisance, but you’d think they’d have figured it out by now. The replacement part is backordered for so long that Best Buy stopped trying to help us with it and told us to contact Samsung directly.

    Waste of money! Had it for 5 days used it twice in 5 days after 3 minutes of drying it shuts off for no reason what so ever! Turned it on 10 times within 15 minutes and every time I turn it on 3 minutes later it shuts off ! Definitely calling and returning for refund!

    Horrible Experience

    This was the worst experience. The delivery people allegedly made two attempts. They never delivered the dryer because allegedly they knock on the door. They never rang the door bell, I have surveillance cameras and never showed that they did this. Don’t think they were forthcoming. I took off two days from work and they never delivered the dryer. I went with Home Depot after this experience. I tried to call Best-buy and the representative ended the call.

    Dryer won't dry

    This dryer wont heat up to dry my clothes, no matter how long it is set to run for. This is a complete disaster. I have to expose those clothes to fresh air in the living room after 2 or 3 hours rolling inside that dryer.

    Had this dryer 5 months and it broke. Geek Squad came out and said it needs a new drum. We even had metal pieces breaking off the inside and getting into our clothing. It’s unacceptable to spend this kind of money to have a dryer break after a shorty period of time.

    The clothes didnt get dry on the normal cycles, you have to use the timed cycle to dry your clothes. It doesn't have significant air flow the clothes come out in a tangled mess with wet items in the middle.

    Stay away from this dryer. Takes hours to dry clothes. Not normal at all. The one I purchased did not produce Heat

    Another reason why choosing a front-load washing machine could be good for you? If you have a lot of people in your household, front-load washers are great for larger loads. Since there is no central axis on them (like you would get with a top-load washer), you typically have more space inside the washer drum, making it easier to fit larger pieces of laundry and more clothing in general. And last, but certainly not least, front-load washing machines get your clothes cleaner (thanks to the gravitational pull) all while delivering less wear on your fabrics.

    DO NOT BUY AN ‘ALTERNATIVE’ STACKING KIT

    If someone thinks that they can purchase this produce without the proper stacking kit, you are WRONG! Someone from GeekSquad apparently ordered the right kit… only to find out that he ordered a BeSpoke stacking kit that did not work for the set. That was after I was told that I didn’t need a stacking kit. You can only imagine how upset I am about the situation. After two failed deliveries between 4/8 and 4/10, and another failed order from 4/2, I am over this. I have never been disappointed in Best Buy service… this is ridiculous.
