Geek Squad came out and said it needs a new drum. We even had metal pieces breaking off the inside and getting into our clothing. It’s unacceptable to spend this kind of money to have a dryer break after a shorty period of time.

Dryer wont dry efficiently

It doesn't have significant air flow the clothes come out in a tangled mess with wet items in the middle.

Someone from GeekSquad apparently ordered the right kit… only to find out that he ordered a BeSpoke stacking kit that did not work for the set. That was after I was told that I didn’t need a stacking kit. You can only imagine how upset I am about the situation. After two failed deliveries between 4/8 and 4/10, and another failed order from 4/2, I am over this. I have never been disappointed in Best Buy service… this is ridiculous.
