They also drive the cost up with additional parts. Delivery staff lied to try to get extra money, saying I didn’t pay for haul away. This is the second time this happened. Thankfully I kept the receipt. Go anywhere else. PC Richard’s is even better. Don’t go to Best Buy.

I bought this dryer. It took a month to deliver it. When they delivered it to me, I had to go on a trip. When I returned, I realized it doesn't dry on hot. I called Best Buy. They told me they couldn't help me, even though I bought the 5-year Geico warranty on each machine. I called Samsung. They came twice, but they still haven't fixed the problem. I want to return it and when I look, the refund expires on May 8th. When they delivered it to me on April 24th? What joke is this? I called Best Buy and I was on the line waiting for help for 25 minutes? This is unrepresentable.
